We stayed at the Colorado River Thousand Trails in Texas. The river was beautiful and had an amazing artistic look to it. Took the drone up at sunset and had some fun. I paired it with my daughter's playing piano, a piece call Strolling in the Park. Enjoy.

We continue our year of getting fit with another Crossfit workout.

Power Snatch Workout at Rising Tide Fitness

We continue our year of getting fit with another Crossfit workout. This time it is Power plus Amanda. We are going on 4 months of regular workouts and we are both feeling much stronger.

Aurora loves it! And it is good father/daughter time!

First we worked on Power Snatch technique. Then went into the workout.

Power Plus Amanda

Each Round consists of the following

Power Snatches

Burpees

Jumping Pull-ups

1st Round 11 Reps

2nd Round 9 Reps

3rd Round 7 Reps

4th Round 5 Reps

The second two moves are scaled because neither of us have our bar over pull-ups, yet.
