Just a little backstory...

The Coachman Apex 300bhs comes with a small Coleman grill. After a couple of years it needed to be replaced. We purchased the Blackstone 17" Griddle. We love it and I wanted to store it in the same place my old grill was stored. But to do that I needed to do a bit of remodeling. In this video I discuss how I moved the two cabinet drawers over to make room for the new Blackstone. If you wish to jump right to the griddle mount it starts at the 4:40 mark.

I am sure there are better ways to mount the grill. I submit this as one option. I used as many existing pieces as possible while on lockdown during the COVID quarantine. I wish you luck and hope it inspires you to greatness.
