We continue our year of getting fit with another Crossfit workout. This time it is Power plus Amanda. We are going on 4 months of regular workouts and we are both feeling much stronger.
Aurora loves it! And it is good father/daughter time!
First we worked on Power Snatch technique. Then went into the workout.
Power Plus Amanda
Each Round consists of the following
Power Snatches
Burpees
Jumping Pull-ups
1st Round 11 Reps
2nd Round 9 Reps
3rd Round 7 Reps
4th Round 5 Reps
The second two moves are scaled because neither of us have our bar over pull-ups, yet.
