We own a Coachman Apex 300BHS and we hated the solid blue LEDs that came factory installed. So we changed them. We found a set of KORJO Dream Color LED Strip Lights for about $50 on Amazon. This video will work for any 12v led light strip but we did like the Korjo 32' strip.

Just a little backstory...

The Coachman Apex 300bhs comes with a small Coleman grill. After a couple of years it needed to be replaced. We purchased the Blackstone 17" Griddle. We love it and I wanted to store it in the same place my old grill was stored. But to do that I needed to do a bit of remodeling. In this video I discuss how I moved the two cabinet drawers over to make room for the new Blackstone. If you wish to jump right to the griddle mount it starts at the 4:40 mark.

I am sure there are better ways to mount the grill. I submit this as one option. I used as many existing pieces as possible while on lockdown during the COVID quarantine. I wish you luck and hope it inspires you to greatness.

Coachman Apex 300bhs Window Upgrade allows for the windows to open another couple of inches. This has increased the cross breeze through the RV and cooled down the bunkhouse a bit.
